Battery diagnosis (Intracom)

The diagnostic battery consiste à l' élaboration d'un rapport technique contenant 25 points de contrôle, cette prestation permet de faire un constat de l'état de votre batterie à un moment T. This assessment allows the repair index to be established to provide adequate repair.

How does it work

Step 1-Complete the customization field with the requested information.

Step 2-Save customization then add to the basket. ( Repeat the operation if there are several diagnostics)

Step 3-Send your battery, charger (Velo & Scooter) and order number on paper to:

Atwey SaveMyBattery,

Diagnostic service,

Wolves' throat business center,

24 Joannes Masset Avenue,

69009 LYON.

Step 3-Current diagnosis by an accredited technician (between 3 and 9 days).

Step 4-A technician will send you the diagnostic report and then contact you to explain the repairs to be performed and their rates.

Step 5-After validation, launch of repair.

Step 6-The battery turned you fixed.

In the case of the impossibility of repairing your battery, the diagnostic service will be deducted from the total reconditioning to nine of your battery.
