How does it work
Step 1-Complete the customization field with the requested information.
Step 2-Save customization then add to the basket. ( Repeat the operation if there are several diagnostics)
Step 3-Send your battery and order number on paper to:

Diagnostic service,

Step 3-Diagnosis by an accredited technician (between 3 and 9 days).
Step 4-A technician will send you the diagnostic report and then contact you to explain the repairs to be performed and their rates.
Step 5-After validation, launch of repair.
Step 6-The battery turned you fixed.
In the case of the impossibility of repairing your battery, the diagnostic service will be deducted from the total reconditioning to nine of your battery.
