How does it work
Step 1-Complete the customization field with the requested information.
Step 2-Save customization then add to the basket. ( Repeat the operation if there are several diagnostics)
Step 3-Ship your battery, charger (Velo & Scooter) and order number on paper to:

(Warning: We do not get parcels in the relay points, the package must be sent directly to our address).
Step 3-Right of diagnosis by an accredited technician (between 7 and 14 working days).
Step 4-A technician will send you the diagnostic report and then contact you to explain the repairs to be performed and their rates.
Step 5-After validation, launch of repair.
Step 6-The battery turned you fixed.
In the case of the impossibility of repairing your battery, the diagnostic service will be deducted from you refurbishment total to nine of your battery only.
In the event that the battery is made up of a brand-specific piece and is not provided by the brand, the irreparability of the battery does not result in the reimbursement of the diagnosis.
